"Athiktos" in modern Greek means "unharmed" which characterizes here this organic wine, unfiltered and without added sulphites.

Gentle vinification of this emblematic variety of Samos.

This wine comes from the "VASILOCHORIA d'Idroussa", at an altitude of 600 m. It spends 12 months in stainless steel vats & barrels.

In the glass, you will have a slightly orange yellow tint. On the nose we find powerful aromas of sweet orange, honeycomb, chamomile with notes of almond and brioche. The palate is rich and nervous with minerality and a lingering finish.
